Our specialty is in Healthcare (Medical
& Dental) Design, but we also do work for the business community.
Our business is exclusively commercial.
We will do any combination of the following:
Space
Planning/Evaluation/Layout
Space evaluation, interior construction layout and space planning. We
will arrange for an architect's stamp should your space require one for
permit submittal.
Custom Millwork Design
It is very important that your office meet your specific criteria. We
will do a comprehensive study of your workspace and needs to assure that
all counters, cabinets, worksurfaces and other millwork are customized
to your practice.
Order Tracking,
Start to Finish
Every aspect of FFF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, Finishes & Equipment)
selection, procurement and installation - we'll pick it out for their
approval, provide cost estimates and spreadsheets for the client's needs,
order it, track the order and deal with all accompanying headaches of
backorders, delays, substitutions, etc.,) arrange for receivership and
delivery.
On-site
for Delivery
We're present for delivery to check the furnishings before installation,
deal with any damage issues or incorrect orders and supervise placement
and trash removal.
FF&E
Overseeing
Installation
We arrange for installation of artwork and place all accessories, arrange
all planters, etc.
One Invoice
Even though we may deal with 27 different vendors on an installation,
our clients receive one invoice for all purchases because we're purchasing
them and, in effect, reselling them to our client.
Coordination
We work with a number of area contractors and architects and will secure
bids, make recommendations and coordinate their activity as needed.
Flexibility
We will accept any size job. Some of our jobs are just furnishing selection,
some are remodeling, some new construction, some are "spruce-ups".
We work with the client's budget and if work needs to be phased in over
a longer period of time for budget reasons, we can write a prioritized
program of work which will meet this need.
Fees/Contract
The initial consultation with any given client is at no charge. Thereafter,
we charge an hourly design fee, a slight markup over our cost (wholesale)
on furnishings, and customary reimbursable expenses. We do not require
a retainer but we do require a signed contract to begin any work. |
